Gift Real Estate P.L.C is fully committed to fulfilling its Customers’ dream by providing them a choice of eighteen design options on three sites.

LOCATION OF THE SITES

Two of our sites are located at CMC area, a prime location in Addis Ababa. Our third site is located around Ayat village.

PHASE I'S SITE

Opposite CMC Apartments about 400 meters from the main road, this site encompasses a total of 26 private residential buildings which are going to be built on an average plot area of 500 square meters. Here, we have four design options.

PHASE II'S SITE

It is located opposite CMC Apartments about 400 meters from the main road. This is our largest site and it encompasses more than 200 private residential buildings which are going to be built on plot areas ranging from 170 square meters to 500 square meters. Here, we have eight design options and four groups of average plot areas; namely, 200, 250, 350, and 500. In each category (group), Prospects are provided with two design options.
Moreover, we have three G+3 apartment blocks in the same site. Various types of flats including studios, one-bedroom typologies, two-bedroom typologies, and three-bedroom typologies are incorporated in these apartments.
